BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

A Baton Rouge attorney was indicted for allegedly sharing child pornography that was recorded in Costa Rica.

According to the Department of Justice Middle District of Louisiana, a federal grand jury indicted Christopher G. Young, 53, for distribution and possession of child pornography.

Officials say there were two videos that were distributed to 38 people on 33 occasions. They say the video shows "prepubescent boys engaging in bestiality from an associate in Costa Rica."

Young, according to the report, is the part-owner of a hotel in Costa Rica.

The case is being investigated by the FBI.
