(Gray News) - The Food and Drug Administration recalled thousands of bottles of blood pressure medication for “failed dissolution specifications.”

That means the medication might be ineffective.

The FDA recalled 11,460 bottles of chlorthalidone tablets, USP, 25 mg. The pills have an expiration date of April 2027.
