An eye-sore along Plank
Road has been cleaned up, but at the expense of taxpayer dollars.
A public works crew was
dispatched Tuesday to pick up hundreds of tires dumped alongside the road.
Department of Public Works
says this issue is not limited to this neighborhood; trash sites like this are
all over.
The State Department of
Environmental Quality is also looking into the issue. If people are caught
dumping trash, they could face hefty fines.
