KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV/Gray News) - Drake is promising to “take care” of one of his fans.

The Certified Lover Boy stopped his show at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City to acknowledge a fan’s sign, KCTV reports.

A viral video showed Drake holding a note from the concertgoer on stage. The note said the fan’s mother passed away and they still owed $160,000 on her house.

“This a lot of money right here,” Drake said. “But you know what, I’m gonna pay off your momma’s house for you. That’s 160 bands, but I’m gonna pay it outta my pocket.”

The rapper is known for being generous. WSMV reported that Drake surprised a cancer survivor with $100,000 during his Nashville stop early this month.

No word yet if Drake has paid the mortgage.
