CELEBRATING OUR CHAMPS: LSU Baseball Championship Celebration

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - LSU held a 2023 Baseball National Championship celebration for fans at Alex Box Stadium on Wednesday, June 28.

The celebration followed LSU Baseball’s seventh College World Series Championship in program history and the first since 2009.

The celebration included a presentation of the National Championship trophy and the unveiling of a new-look “Intimidator.” The celebration also included remarks from LSU head coach Jay Johnson, members of the team, and other dignitaries.

The celebration wrapped up with a fireworks show.
