CAUGHT: Baton Rouge man faces several drug charges in Ascension Parish

ASCENSION PARISH, LA (WAFB) - A Baton Rouge man wanted on several charges out of Ascension Parish has been caught, according to investigators.
The Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office reported Kendell Pembrook, 42, was arrested Wednesday.
He was wanted on charges of distribution of heroin, possession of marijuana, aggravated obstruction of a highway, aggravated flight from an officer, reckless operation, and obedience to signs.
Bond has not been set.
Allison Hudson, a spokesperson for the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office, said Pembrook has a criminal history with over 40 arrests including aggravated burglary, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and second-degree battery.
