Orange Cayenne Cream Sauce

Oranges 2 each

Orange Juice 4 cups

Heavy Cream 3 cups

Onion (Minced) 1 Tbl

Garlic (Minced) 1 tsp

Butter 2 oz

Cayenne 1 Tbl

Salt 1.5 tsp


- Saute the onions and garlic in the butter for 2-3 minutes

- Squeeze 2 fresh oranges and toss them into the mixture and cook for 5 minutes

- Add orange juice and bring to a simmer

- Add heavy cream and return to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened (about 5-10 minutes)

- Add seasonings and remove from heat
