Boil & Roux Crawfish and Corn Soup


2 quarts heavy cream

2 cups of corn

½ cup green bell peppers (chopped)

½ cup red bell peppers (chopped)

½ cup yellow bell peppers (chopped)

½ cup of onion (finely chopped)

½ lb of Louisiana Crawfish tails

Season to Taste


Cook Crawfish Tails to desired temp. Sauté green, red, yellow bell peppers, as well as onions in a pan over melted butter. Mix together in large pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 min.
