LSU looks to bounce back against the Aggies

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - LSU is looking to bounce back Saturday against Texas A&M after a tough SEC road loss against South Carolina on Wednesday.

The Tigers (15-9, 8-3) are currently tied for first place with the Gamecocks (21-3, 8-3) and Kentucky (18-6, 8-3).

Texas A&M (18-6, 7-4) losers of four of their last five games trails the SEC leaders by one game.

The Aggies average 76.3 points per game, while giving up only 65.3 points per contest.

Jalen Jones leads the team in scoring with a 16.3 point per game average. The senior also leads the team with seven rebounds a game.

Danuel House adds 15.6 points per game for the Aggies and Tyler Davis pitches in with just under 11 points per contest.

The Aggies won game one earlier this season against LSU in College Station by the final score of 71-57.

Tipoff for Saturday's SEC battle at the PMAC is set for noon on CBS.
