November Election: Guide to the 14 Constitutional Amendments

The November election is fast approaching and in addition to Congressional hopefuls, Judges and millage rates voters will face a long list of Constitutional amendments.
"Most voters in the Baton Rouge area are going to have 20 plus items to vote on," said Robert Travis Scott, President of the Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana.
There are 14 Constitutional amendments on the ballot. Scott suggests that voters take these weeks leading up to the election to study and decide on each issue. To assist, PAR has released its annual guide to the Constitutional Amendment. PAR does not take a position on any issue, and presents information for both sides of each amendment.
