BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - If you have the latest Louisiana inspection sticker, there's a chance it is peeling off the windshield.
Last year, an official at the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles said the agency was working with an outside manufacturer to get better glue. This year, the agency maintained the problem has been fixed for a while.
However, that's not what's happening, according to many of those issuing the stickers day in and day out. They say they're telling customers to tape the stickers to ensure they stay on the windshield. They added it's an issue the state should revisit.
Officials with the OMV have not yet commented on the matter.
