TICKFAW, LA (WAFB) - A man accused of pepper spraying two victims during a home invasion, and threatening to kill a third victim, is wanted by the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office.
Deputies say 30-year-old Alvin James Davis allegedly forced his way into a Tickfaw, LA home by kicking in the door and immediately pepper spraying the first two people he came in contact with. "Davis then destructively went through the residence looking for an individual, who he threatened to kill once he found them," said officials in a news release.
When Davis couldn't find the third person, he ran out of the home.
Prior to the home invasion, Davis was wanted on multiple outstanding arrest warrants.
Davis is wanted on charges of violation of a protective order, home invasion, two counts of second degree battery and felony criminal damage.
