Police look for kids throwing rocks at cars

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Police are investigating a case of kids throwing rocks at vehicles in Baton Rouge.

The Baton Rouge Police Department said the incidents happened on Stumberg Lane near Coursey Boulevard on June 15.

According to detectives, witnesses reported seeing kids 10 to 12 years old throwing rocks at passing cars.

They added at least two cars were hit, causing only minor damage, but authorities are concerned because of the potential for accidents and injuries.
