BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A man was arrested at a store after allegedly using a cell phone to capture video under a woman's dress Sunday.

The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office said Jarion Sherman, 29, of Baton Rouge, faces a charge of video voyeurism.

According to deputies, the incident happened at the Walmart SuperCenter on College Drive.

Investigators said a deputy working off-duty security at the store reported seeing the suspect following the woman to different parts of the store. The deputy reported watching Sherman put a cell phone under the woman's dress.

According to reports, Sherman was stopped by security as he was heading toward the exits. He was taken into the security office and read his rights.

During questioning, investigators said they asked him to unlock his cell phone, which he did, and several video clips of the woman were found.

Deputies said there was also an outstanding warrant for his arrest for driving on a suspended license. The video voyeurism charge is a felony.

Sherman was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
