A family of seven is out of their home after a fire this morning on Holt Dr.   Tonight on 9News at 5, WAFB's Graham Ulkins will have more on what the community is doing to help them start over again.

The attorney for the man who killed seven people in a drunk driving crash has appealed the 35-year sentence, claiming it is excessive.  WAFB's Cheryl Mercedes will have more tonight on 9News at 6.
