IBM announces $55 million expansion in Baton Rouge

IBM is planning to build a $55 million technology center in downtown Baton Rouge that will create 800 jobs over the next four years, as well as include an eight-story office building and an 11-story residential building with river-view apartments.  WAFB's Jim Shannon will have a live report tonight on 9News at 5.

Later on 9News at 6:  Bad blood continues between former Police Chief Dewayne White and the city, this time over a missing cell phone.  White was fired over a month ago, but is now at the center of a theft investigation.  WAFB's Tyana Williams will have the complete story tonight at 6.
