Simply Salmon - Another Broken Egg

Salmon Ingredients

Butter 1 tablespoon

Salmon filet 6 oz. portion

Southwest seasoning 1 tablespoon

Bruleed lemon half, prepared (1)

Spring mix 4 oz.

Sauteed mix vegetables

Green Bell Peppers 1oz.

Red Bell Peppers 1oz.

Red Onions 1oz.

Sliced Mushrooms 1oz.

Asparagus (blanched) 1oz.

Roasted Garlic 1oz.

Jicama Slaw

2 oz. Jicama

1/2 oz. red onion

Pinch of cilantro

1/4 oz. Lime juice

1 TBL Pureed chipotle peppers

1 TBL Apple cider vinegar

1/2 TBL honey


Season both sides of the salmon filet with southwest seasoning and place skin side up in a buttered sauté pan.

Cook for 3 minutes, and flip salmon

In a second skillet sauté mixed vegetables for 3 minutes

Add spring mix to vegetables and sauté for 30 seconds

Place veggies & spring mix in center of plate

Place salmon on top of vegetables

Place jicama slaw on plate

Garnish with a bruleed lemon
