Man sentenced for armed robbery that netted $85

HAMMOND, LA (WAFB) - A Ball, La., man was sentenced Wednesday for robbing a convenience store at gunpoint.
Brandon Warren, 34, had pled no contest to charges of armed robbery.
According to offense reports, Warren entered a Hammond convenience store wearing a ski mask and armed with a gun. He got away with about $85.
Warren had also been accused of an armed robbery at a Walker hotel. He pled no contest in that case in December.
He was sentenced to 15 years between the two cases.
