Four arrested for meth in Walker

WALKER, LA (WAFB) - Four people have been arrested for running a meth lab north of Walker.
Investigators say they found a working meth lab Thursday at a home in the 14400 block of Courtney Rd.
Deputies arrested Billy Tullos, 36, Laura Tullos, 34, Cynthia Kelley, 53, and James Coutee, 47.
The Tullos, who own the home, have been charged with manufacture, distribution and possession of Schedule II CDS, creation of a clandestine laboratory for the manufacture of CDS, prohibited acts - Schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Kelley has been charged with manufacture, distribution and possession of Schedule II CDS, creation of a clandestine laboratory for the manufacture of CDS and prohibited acts - Schedule II.
Coutee faces charges of manufacture, distribution and possession of Schedule II CDS, creation of a clandestine laboratory for the manufacture of CDS, prohibited acts - Schedule II, and felony theft.
A haz-mat team was called in to clean up the lab.
