Hamburger St. Lafayette from Boutin's


2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Red pepper
1 tsp Tony's

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can beef broth
1 tsp Kitchen banquet
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Tony's

PROCEDURE: Mix ground beef , egg, bread crumbs, and seasoning. Make 8oz patties and cook in sauce pan 3-4 minutes on each side until 160 degrees. Make gravy by adding all ingredients in pot and  bring to a simmer.
