Police look at previous death related to Guillory

LAFAYETTE, LA (WAFB) - Accused serial killer Jeffery Lee Guillory could face a fourth murder charge after police in Lafayette say they have reopened the investigation of a woman's death from 2007 in light of recent charges against Guillory.
A police spokesperson said the death of Shannon Dixon, 35. She was a homeless woman whose death was originally ruled an accidental drug overdose, but police are looking at the case again. Detectives learned Dixon was last seen with Guillory. He lived in Lafayette at the time.
Guillory is currently confined to the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison. He is charged with the deaths of three Baton Rouge women.
