Annie Johnson

Digital Producer

Biloxi, MS

Annie Johnson is a digital producer at WLOX.

On a normal day, Annie is writing stories for the WLOX website, developing breaking news stories, and engaging viewers on WLOX’s social media platforms.

She joined the digital team on January 2018 but has been with WLOX since September 2017.

Annie graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in May of 2017 and enjoys being an hour away from both her hometown and college town.

Annie’s favorite thing about being a digital producer is sending out breaking news the moment after it happens through our WLOX app! Though she loves being a digital producer, Annie’s long-term goal is to be a multi-media journalist and reporter.

If she’s not at work, Annie’s favorite things include working out, watching YouTube tutorials, spending time with her family, trying different cooking recipes, or interacting with new faces along the Gulf Coast. You can tweet her @AnnieWLOX or email her at ajohnson@wlox.com
