Baton Rouge, La.

Originally from Upstate New York, Amanda dreamed of getting away from the snow that confined her to my house for about five months out of the year.

After completing her associate degree, Amanda began searching for the next step in her educational journey. While visiting some family in Baton Rouge, she was taken on a tour around LSU and she instantly fell in love with the campus and the culture.

After graduating from LSU, Amanda decided to stay and make Baton Rouge her home.
