Name of victim killed in ‘targeted’ shooting released

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a person killed in a shooting on the evening of Friday, May 5.

According to EBRSO, Jaundell Miller, 33, was shot and killed in the area of Bluebonnet Boulevard and Burbank Drive.

Deputies said they believe the victim was targeted in the shooting for unknown reasons.

The shooting remains under investigation.
