BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - After a chilly start to Sunday in the mid-30s, we look to have another cold night with lows in the mid-30s across Baton Rouge, with the northern Parishes expected to possibly get a light freeze.

You may wish to move pets and plants indoors to be on the safe side.

Monday will be mostly cloudy, breezy, and cool with highs in the low 60s. Another low-pressure system will move across the region Monday night into Tuesday morning, yielding the best chance of rain of the entire forecast.

We could see heavy rain at times during that period, but temperatures will be in the 40s so no wintry precipitation will occur.
