Snow unlikely for metro BR overnight

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Snow is unlikely for metro Baton Rouge into early Monday morning. To see any chance for white stuff or ice pellets you’ll need to be very close to the state line.

Even then chances will only be for rain mixed with these types of winter precipitation. Surface temperatures will remain above freezing meaning accumulation is not expected. All precipitation will end by mid-morning Monday as the storm system will exit the local area.
