BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Former Baton Rouge Mayoral candidate and former state rep. Steve Carter is hospitalized with the coronavirus, according to a report from The Advocate.
Carter lost to Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome in the mayoral runoff race in December.
