Victim in shooting on N Harco identified

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - The victim in a fatal shooting that happened Monday, July 27 has been identified.
BRPD officials say the victim is Kevin Hardy Jr., 24. He was killed in a shooting in the 1700 block of N Harco Drive around 1:15 p.m.
