MEMO: Postal workers told ‘mail may be left behind’ to help cut costs

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Employees with the United States Postal Service were told mail may be left behind as part of efforts aimed at helping cut costs.
A memo obtained by WAFB shows the U.S. Post Master outlining new cost-cutting instructions.
