WANTED: Man wanted in armed robbery at Verizon store in Baton Rouge
Authorities released surveillance of a man connected to the armed robbery at the Verizon store.

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Detectives are looking for a man who robbed a Verizon store.

The Sheriff’s Office posted a Wednesday release that included surveillance of a man with a gun entering the store located at 9730 Bluebonnet Blvd. The armed robbery happened on April 25, according to authorities.

According to reports, the man demanded all the cellphones and watches from the safe.

Video surveillance showed the man wearing a purple LSU hoodie, black pants, white shoes and yellow kitchen gloves.

Anyone with information about the robbery or the identity of the man is asked to call the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office at 225-389-5064.
