ASCENSION PARISH, LA (WAFB) - Residents in Ascension Parish will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the master land use plan during two open house events.
The Ascension Parish Master Land Use Plan will serve as a guiding document for policymakers as they make decisions on future land use, growth patterns, infrastructure, and environment in the parish.
Residents can view recommendations from the Draft Master Land Use Plan and discuss comments and questions with the planning team.
The meeting locations are:
- Tuesday, April 30 at Gonzales Civic Center, 219 South Irma Blvd., Gonzales
- Wednesday, May 1 at Lowery Elementary School, 2389 Hwy. 1 South, Donaldsonville
Attendees are welcome to drop in any time between 5:30 and 7:30 pm. The planning team will give an informational presentation at 6 p.m.
