WANTED: Police looking for man connected to home break-in by DNA

Man wanted for burglary after DNA evidence links him to scene

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Police are hoping the public can help them find a man suspected of breaking into a home over the summer.

Greater Baton Rouge Crime Stoppers reported Christopher Millet, 31, is wanted by the Baton Rouge Police Department.

He is 6-foot-1 and weighs 150 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

According to investigators, police were called out to a burglary at a home on Seracedar Drive in July.

Officers collected blood at the scene and techs at the Louisiana State Police Crime Lab reported the samples matched Millet’s DNA.

Detectives said they contacted Millet by phone, but he refused to meet with them.

Millet will face a charge of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling when he is caught.
