BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Fashion retailer J. Crew has announced it will be closing its Perkins Rowe location.
According to the Baton Rouge Business Report, J. Crew will be shutting its doors after nearly 12 years. The outlet store was one of the first tenants in the development, which opened in 2007. The last day of business for the store will be Sunday, January 27.
Currently, there is no tenant slated to move into the outlet stores location. However, according to Perkins Rowe marketing manager, Erinn Sala, there is an active search for tenants.
“We’re trying to upgrade our tenant mix and have some exciting announcements coming in the near future,” said Sala.
J.Crew’s Baton Rouge store closing is the latest in a string of closures for the brand, which shut down several Canadian stores this month and in November.
