INGREDIENTS
3 T olive oil
1/2 cup crabmeat
6 large shrimp, deveined head on
1/2 lb. angel hair pasta cooked al dente
1 large shallot diced or julienne
4 broccoli florettes
1 pod minced garlic
1 T basil, chopped
1 tsp. fresh oregano
1/2 tsp. Thyme, Fresh
2 T dry white wine
1 and 1/2 T lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
- In a saute pan, warm the olive oil under medium heat.
- Add shallots and cook until transparent
- Add the herbs and broccoli, stir until warm
- Add garlic and stir gently
- Add seafood, cook until done
- Deglaze the pan with the white wine
- Finish with the lemon juice and salt and pepper
- Toss well
- Serve over warm pasta or mix ingredients in pasta
- Decorate and serve immediately
