Shrimp and Crabmeat Al Lemone

INGREDIENTS

3 T olive oil
1/2 cup crabmeat
6 large shrimp, deveined head on
1/2 lb. angel hair pasta cooked al dente
1 large shallot diced or julienne
4 broccoli florettes
1 pod minced garlic
1 T basil, chopped
1 tsp. fresh oregano
1/2 tsp. Thyme, Fresh
2 T dry white wine
1 and 1/2 T lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

  • In a saute pan, warm the olive oil under medium heat.
  • Add shallots and cook until transparent
  • Add the herbs and broccoli, stir until warm
  • Add garlic and stir gently
  • Add seafood, cook until done
  • Deglaze the pan with the white wine
  • Finish with the lemon juice and salt and pepper
  • Toss well
  • Serve over warm pasta or mix ingredients in pasta
  • Decorate and serve immediately
