Shrimp Alfredo Pasta from D Jon's


(8) 26/30 count shrimp
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp margarine or butter
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup grated romano cheese
1 tsp parsley flakes
8oz cooked fettucuini


  • in a medium saute pan, melt Margarine or butter
  • add gulf shrimp saute for about 2 minutes or 3/4 of the way cooked
  • add chopped garlic parsley flakes and heavy cream
  • reduce the cream then add fettucuini noodles and romano cheese
  • contiune to cook
  • toss noodles around until coated with sauce and sauce gets thick
  • add salt and pepper if desired.
