INGREDIENTS
(8) 26/30 count shrimp
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp margarine or butter
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup grated romano cheese
1 tsp parsley flakes
8oz cooked fettucuini
PROCEDURE
- in a medium saute pan, melt Margarine or butter
- add gulf shrimp saute for about 2 minutes or 3/4 of the way cooked
- add chopped garlic parsley flakes and heavy cream
- reduce the cream then add fettucuini noodles and romano cheese
- contiune to cook
- toss noodles around until coated with sauce and sauce gets thick
- add salt and pepper if desired.
serves 1
