INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Chorizo
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
21-25 large Shrimp
2 oz. Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 oz. Rum
PROCEDURE
- Saute Chorizo in oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Shrimp and cook for 3 minutes or until shrimp are done.
- Deglaze pan with rum then add hot sauce and let simmer for 2 minutes.
