Camerones de Diablo (Rum Shrimp)

INGREDIENTS

2 oz. Chorizo
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
21-25 large Shrimp
2 oz. Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 oz. Rum

PROCEDURE

  • Saute Chorizo in oil for 2-3 minutes. 
  • Add Shrimp and cook for 3 minutes or until shrimp are done. 
  • Deglaze pan with rum then add hot sauce and let simmer for 2 minutes.
