Mac & Cheese Pizza from Rotolo’s


12 oz. pizza dough
5oz  Penne Pasta (pre-boiled)
3oz  Alfredo Sauce
5oz  Mozzarella Cheese
2oz  Cheddar Cheese
Dash of Blackened Seasoning


  • Form dough ball into circular shape by pressing out from the center, leaving a 1/2 crust around the edge.
  • Stretch pizza to 12 inches in diameter.
  • Spread penne pasta to cover entire pizza, excluding the crust.
  • Cover the penne evenly with alfredo sauce.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese followed by cheddar cheese on top of pizza.
  • Dust lightly with blackened seasoning.
  • Bake pizza in 500 degree oven until golden brown, approximately 6 minutes.
