INGREDIENTS
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of Chicken soup
1 cup milk
4 -6 oz. velveeta cheese
1 1/2 cups freshly grated sharp cheddar (do not use pre-shredded it does not melt well)
1 1/2 cups chopped steamed broccoli (I use the ziplock microwave steamer bags - less dishes )
1 1/2 cups leftover chopped turkey
1 tsp cajun seasoning (tony's)
garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper to taste
PROCEDURE
- mix chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, milk and cheese over med heat until incorporated and melted
- add grated sharp cheddar, stirring until melted
- add seasonings and broccoli
- stir in turkey
- simmer until creamy and hot
- serves 4 - 6 people
