Rotini Pasta & Turkey Sausage

Whole Wheat Rotini

Turkey Sausage

3/4 Cup Onions (coarsely diced)

1/2 Clove of Garlic (diced)

1/2 Bell Pepper (diced)

Olive Oil

4 oz. Light Italian Salad Dressing

Salt (not really needed)

Pepper (coarse is possible)

Dried Parsley (garnishment)

Bring water with a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a boil.  Add Rotini and boil until tender.

Once tender, drain, rinse (with cold water) and "completely drain" again and set aside.  In skillet heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add onions, bell peppers, and garlic.

Stir together and enjoy aroma, add sausage.  Season with pepper and other favorite seasonings

(Do not use salt, turkey salt has enough salt for content, if sticking occurs add more olive oil).

Once sausage is cooked to your taste, pour mixture over Rotini pasta.  Add Italian dressing at this point, light garnish with parsley, serve and enjoy!
