Olive Oil
Marchand de Vin Sauce
Fresh asparagus
Garlic mashed potatoes


  • Oil, salt and pepper tender tails or your choice of steak.
  • Grill to desired temperature.
  • Top with a marchand de vin sauce.
  • Accompany with garlic mashed potatoes.
  • Oil, salt and pepper asparagus.
  • Place asparagus on grill or 1 minute, flip, grill for 1 minute.
