8 oz tendertails or other selected steak
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
Marchand de Vin Sauce
Fresh asparagus
Garlic mashed potatoes
PROCEDURE
- Oil, salt and pepper tender tails or your choice of steak.
- Grill to desired temperature.
- Top with a marchand de vin sauce.
- Accompany with garlic mashed potatoes.
- Oil, salt and pepper asparagus.
- Place asparagus on grill or 1 minute, flip, grill for 1 minute.
