Red Snapper from Fernando's


One Red Snapper Filet:10-12oz.
4oz. Tomato Sauce
1oz. Jalapeno Juice
2oz. Sliced Onion
2oz. Sliced Green Pepper
4oz. Margarine
Sliced Avocado
Sour Cream


  • Saute Onion and Green Pepper in Margarine, add Tomato Sauce and Jalapeno Juice.  Simmer for one minute or until it thickens slightly.
  • Grill filet, or cook in separate skillet.
  • To serve, pour sauce over filet, dress with scoop of Sour Cream and Avocado slices.
