Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 13 × 9 × 2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg, coconut, and butter. Press into the bottom of prepared pan.
In a mixing bowl, beat all remaining ingredients until mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour over mixture in pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool and cut into squares.
