INGREDIENTS

8 large shrimp
wine
Lea and Perrin's
Garlic
Green Onions
Bay leaf
Demi sauce
Butter (to cook)
Blackening Seasoning
Parsley to decorate

PROCDURE

  • Sautee shrimp with butter, garlic, green onions, bay leaf, deglaze with wine & Lea and Perrin's sauce.
  • Add demi sauce and finish in the oven with butter for about 15 minutes @ 325 degrees.
  • Serve  hot with French Bread.
