Louisiana Crabcakes from LA Bayou Bistro

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. Crabmeat (fresh lump)
2 Tbsp Diced Red bell pepper  
2 Tbsp. Diced Green onions
1 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley             
1 Tbsp. Creole Seasoning            
1/2 tsp. Blk pepper                         
1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Mustard                              
1/3 cup Mayo                                   
1 egg
1 cup Panco breadcrumbs       

PROCEDURE

  • Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.  Form into 2 oz round patties.
  • In a nonstick skillet on medium heat, add 2 oz olive oil and saute each side for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
