Chili and Tamales Tailgating Style from Doe's Eat Place

INGREDIENTS

15 lbs hamburger meat
2 lbs   Chili powder
2 lbs   tomato paste
2 lbs   Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 cup Beef base
1 cup Cumin
4 cups onions
3/4 to 1 gallon water

PROCEDURE

  • Brown hamburger meat and drain, put in beef base and onion (let beef base melt and onions cook in meat)
  • Add chili powder, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, and cumin,  simmer for 30 to 45 minutes and serve.
