Part 1
INGREDIENTS for Dressing
2 oz Rice wine Vinegar
2.5 oz olive oil
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Chili paste
1/4 Tsp sesame oil
1/4 Tsp cayenne
1/4 white pepper
1/8 Tsp Salt
1/4 Lemon juice
PROCEDURE
- Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Drizzle over salad and enjoy
The Recipe makes 5oz
Part 2 INGREDIENTS
20 oz Tuna
1 Tbsp of sesame oil
6 oz of wasabi peas
1 Tbsp of Vegetable oil
Kosher salt to taste
Fresh cracked pepper to taste
PROCEDURE
- Rub Tuna in sesame Oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roll tuna in crushed wasabi peas.
- Sear Tuna no longer then 1 min on each side
- Take out of pan and place in cooler for 1 hour.
- Take out and slice thin and place 2 oz of tuna on the salad, or as desired
- Garnish with Purple orchids and Red, Yellow, orange bell peppers.
