Chicken Florentine Salad

Ingredients

3 ounces of Julienne Spinach

3 ounces of Grilled, Sliced Chicken

1/2 ounces of julienne radicchio

1/2 ounces of sundried tomatoes

1/2 ounces of capers

1/2 ounces of toasted pine nuts

1/2 ounces of black olives

1 ounces of diced roma tomatoes

5 ounces of orzo

pinch of sea salt and black pepper

Method:

All of the ingredients are tossed with 3 ounces of a Roasted Garlic Lemon Vinaigrette and garnished with 1/4 ounce of Shaved Grana Parmesan cheese.
