1/2 pound peeled sauteed shrimp 1/4 tsp of chopped fresh garlic 2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter (butter adds lots of flavor) juice of a lemon pinch of salt pinch of fresh parsley pinch of shredded parmesan linguine pasta
Place sauteé pan on stove med-hi heat. Sauteé 1/2 pound of shrimp. Remove shrimp and put aside, keeping warm. Add 2 tablespoons butter (or olive oil) and garlic; sauteé lightly for 1 minute. Put shrimp back in pan and add remaining ingredients including pasta. Toss. Serve.
